    Turn on Google backup or add a trusted helper, in case you lose it.

Lost your recovery phrase? We can’t reset it for you — that’s what keeps your records private.

But you can still get back in if you turned on Google backup (Android) or added a trusted helper. Your helper gets a message, you read them a code, and they tap Approve. For your safety it finishes a day later. They never see your records.
